Privacy policy

TidyFinch is operated by Shanghai Xidijia Trading Co., Ltd. For privacy questions, contact hello@tidyfinch.com.

Information you provide

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, email, market, product interests and message. We use it to answer your inquiry, discuss a potential business relationship and maintain relevant business correspondence. We do not add you to a promotional mailing list through this form.

How we use and share information

We do not sell inquiry information. Relevant details may be processed by our hosting, security and email service providers to deliver and protect the website and messages. Our team is based in China, so correspondence may be accessed and processed there; providers may process data in other countries.

Website and security

This version does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the inquiry form, it processes technical information for spam prevention. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence while it is needed for follow-up or an ongoing business relationship. When it is no longer needed, we delete it unless legal, accounting or dispute-related obligations require retention.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, or object to further contact. If applicable law provides other rights, including restriction, portability or a complaint to your local supervisory authority, you may exercise them. Contact us using the email above.

EU and UK inquiries

Where applicable, we process information to respond to your requested pre-contractual steps and for our legitimate interests in communicating with trade contacts and securing this website. Cross-border transfer arrangements and any applicable representative requirements must be addressed for the actual services used.

Scope and updates

This website is intended for business buyers, not children. We may update this notice when our services change. Do not include sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
